At Maison Origine Paris, we are committed to delivering your order with the utmost care and efficiency. Please review our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and
exchanges.

Order Processing & Dispatch

To ensure timely delivery, all orders are processed promptly upon confirmation of payment.

You may request a modification or cancellation of your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been processed for dispatch, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted under strict conditions. Items may be eligible for a refund provided that they are returned within 7 days from the date of delivery, remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging, with all seals intact.

Returned items must be sent back in their original condition, including any accompanying materials. Maison Origine reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Once your return has been received and inspected, and approved by our team, you will be notified via email. Upon approval, a refund will be issued for the value of the returned product(s), excluding delivery charges, return shipping costs, and any applicable taxes or import duties.

Exchanges & Defective Products

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products. In the event that you receive an item with a manufacturing or packaging defect, we will offer an exchange for the same product, subject to availability.

Customers are advised to inspect all items upon delivery. Any defects or issues must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with supporting images where applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used products, unless they are defective.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Maison Origine is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
